I believe I and many of my dearest friends have become victims of Freemasonry and the guiding principles of the Order of the Eastern Star for many years, and I, as one who has finally thrown the shackles of bondage for the sake of my Savior, Jesus Christ, I am excited about sharing with you what I have learned.
      Freemasonry rejects faith in Jesus Christ as a critical factor in salvation. Instead, Masons reenact the death, burial and resurrection of Hiram Abif, one of their saviors. I have heard this many times repeated by a Mason, who unfortunately still believes that he is his own savior, his own captain of his own ship. Rather than try to speak about other ritual behaviors of the organization, I have placed a variety of links to other authors who have researched this fraternity.      The key membership criterion for Freemasonry is that an applicant be willing to accept that there is "A supreme being", and Freemasonry is willing to accept "christians", hindu's, jews, buddhists alike in to their religious order. They often try to deny that their organization IS a religion, so that they can sucker naive Christians to reject Jesus for the sake of doing good works under the umbrella of Masonry, and herein comes the rub.
     Back around 1990, when I was taking part in Eastern Star rituals, I studied their covenants closely to try to find acceptance among the men and women of the Order. The Temple, designed with Worshipful Matrons and Masters in the East and West was full of symbols (idols) that were raised in place of God for us to bow to. The meeting rituals, held behind closed doors under shrouds of secrecy included bowing to these graven images, and the ordained men and women of the Order placed on pedestals, who then acted as priests in this satanic cult.

Southern Baptist Convention Promotes Myths

Freemasons offer prayer to a god who is known as the Great Architect of the Universe, (GAOTU) and defines the nature  of this idol through a Fatherhood of God, Brotherhood of man THEOLOGY and defines their GAOTU implicitly as Father, Son, Holy Spirit, Allah, Mormon Elohim, Ahura Mazdah, Baal, Molech or any other false god you choose to deify. Because they believe all these gods are the same, and because these men have gained favor from Satan they gain stature in our Christian heirarchy, infiltrate our own Jesus-loving fellowship and teach our children their principles at early ages. We have been brainwashed to believe the Allah of Mohammed is sovereign and that Jesus Christ is not.
...Then the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the Lord and served the Baals; and they forsook the Lord God of their fathers who took them out of the land of Egypt; and they followed other gods from among the gods of the people who were all around them, and they bowed down to them; and they provoked the Lord to anger...

     I discovered this ritualistic behavior to be very confusing, and cloudy when I worshipped in these manners and I had to remove myself from Eastern Star assemblages about 8 years ago, because the hold that order had on me kept me from my one and only true Savior, Jesus. Although I would not miss a meeting of the Order of Eastern Star, and I would willingly make offerings of time, money and worldly riches to the pagan symbols of the Order, I seemed to never find enough time to read the Word, worship my one true God and thank Him for his sacrifice of his perfect Son, Jesus. I had to absent myself from the Order entirely. Back then, I did not realize what was happening to me. Over the years following, I have discovered just how satan wedges his little demons into our daily lives and now, there is far too much documentation available for us to ignore just how Freemasonry drags us away from the work we should consider most important in our lives.

     At Eastern Star meetings, our devotions under the umbrella of GAOTU never left the room, and undermined the very fabric of our real church family. Looking back, I see that through looking away from the Cross of Jesus I was wasting His gifts for me on Satan's wealths. What a waste! I thank God I got free!
     Interestingly, very few men who are Masons are ignorant of their involvement in a cultic, pagan religious order. They recognize that they are no longer worshipping the one true God of Abraham, Isaac and David. They are enamored by the repetitive nature of their worship rituals that are so despised by Christ. Infiltrating our Christian sanctuaries, they have major impact in opening doors for shackling our brethren with false ideas, and by sullying the blood of Christ and defining what we thought were the best intentions of Christian church covenants within our naive own fellowships, thereby blocking our Holy Spirit's blessings from us.

Jesus is all about Relationships, not rituals! I must admit I truly enjoyed my fellowship with the women of the temple, until I became convicted of the danger I was in by placing ritual and secret sign language before my Christ's goals for me! Jesus wants me to love like He loves and to share His gospel with everyone I can. To segregate myself within that Temple extinguished the Light of Christ in exchange for some demonic "light of the universe",
